Interning with a Tampa SEO company
When I started an intern position with a Tampa website marketing company, I quite honestly had no idea what to expect. I had basic computer skills and a decent understanding about the Internet and how it worked, but beyond that my knowledge was very general. That was, in part, why I was so excited to get hired on. I wanted to start a career in marketing, and I knew that the Internet was the area where I would have the most opportunities and chances for advancement.
On my first day I had a crash course in local search optimization, as this was the area of the company that I would be working in. It was a good thing I had the crash course, because I knew next to nothing about search engine optimization. Tampa has several different Internet marketing companies, but the one I was interning at was the best and my boss took the time to make sure I knew the basics before throwing me into any work.
I learned a lot in the first week I was there, and from day one I was hooked. I knew that I had chosen the right career for me and I look forward to growing with the Tampa company and learning as much as I can.
