Relief for Sleep Apnea
I saw something really neat the other day for people who have the sleeping condition called sleep apnea. It was a sleep apnea machine, which I think is also known as a CPAP machine. It made me happy to see this because I had only heard about sleep apnea before but as far as what I could tell, it seems like it would be a very frustrating and annoying condition to have and to have to deal with every single night and day. I can not imagine what it would be like for a person to have to deal with that without assistance or equipment to help them make it better and easier to live with.
I have always thought to myself that I would not be very good about dealing with a sickness or disease that lasts longer than your average every day ordinary cold. Even with those I know that I can be one big huge whiny baby about it until it goes away. I had a friend who had diabetes since he was a kid and had to give himself insulin injections every day and I always thought about how much I hated needles and would never be able to do that to myself.
