Local Student Finds Interesting Facts on Regional SEO Marketing

When Torrie, a Junior at Hillsborough High School, decided to do a report about online marketing, she learned from a friend about the website of a Tampa SEO company that could help her out with research. SEO, fast becoming an important factor in marketing anything on the Internet, would be an important topic in her report. The Tampa online marketing site she browsed through provided Torrie with the facts she needed. For example, it is stated that 33% of people think that companies at the top of search results are a major brand of what they are looking for.

The importance of local optimization was also stressed by other facts presented on the Tampa internet marketing site. These include the fact, based on a survey, that 74% of respondents said they do location-based searches, with 27% of them looking for local information and 45% of all searches done for the purpose of buying something. Another fact that Torrie found interesting was that 78% of all Internet users go on search engines for product research. Even more, 84% of frequent Internet users have researched a future purchase online, with 84% of them actually buying something. With all the facts in place, Torrie submitted the report, and of course, got an A+.
