Need Help With Faulty Electrical Appliance!
Does anyone know a method to get directly in touch with the inside sales team at electrical appliance companies such as Best Buy and Circuit City? I bought a printer and fax machine about a month ago from such a company and out of nowhere it broke. I tried calling the company directly but was always directed to telesales consultants. They told me that, as their job involved telesales outsourcing they could not help me get in touch directly with the company to issue a repair service. Do all these electrical companies outsource when it comes to customer relations?
I went back to the store itself only to find they had discontinued my particular product. There is only another one of these stores on the other side of the state so I am unable to drive out there and see if they have any models left. I’m not sure if going to the sales consulting team is the correct way to go so if anyone out there happens to work in inside sales at such a company, I would really appreciate the help. Please let me know who I should contact and what department I would need to ask for in order to resolve this issue.
